The Cottage offers a cozy fireplace room for you and your guests to enjoy as you gather for your event or relax in conversation. Our kitchenette is perfect for your catering needs to include large refrigerator, microwave, countertop oven, and plenty of counter space. Our banquet room, complete with wooden harvest tables and chairs, seats up to 48 people.

Take your celebration outside and enjoy our beautiful garden, large patio, bar and seating up to 90 guests. It's a perfect place for rehearsal dinners, baby or bridal showers, birthday parties and more
Morning session: Arrive as early as you would like and be cleaned up and loaded out by 1 pm. Perfect for brunch-style events!
Afternoon/evening session: Arrive at 2 pm to begin setting up and have the space until 8 pm. If you would like your event later in the evening, these times can be adjusted.
$250 for the indoor space
$350 for both indoor and outdoor space
We also offer a decor/serving package that can be added for $50 that allows you use any of our table runners and table decor, as well as serving pieces such as drink dispensers, drink tubs in the outdoor space, punch bowl, coffee makers and carafes, serving trays and bowls, chafing pans for keeping food warm, dessert stands, etc. If you prefer to bring in your own things, that is fine too!
We ask for 50% down to reserve your date, with the balance due the day of your event. We are able to accept cash, check, or credit cards.
